'Skyfall' writer John Logan asked about his on set presence

Screenwriter John Logan, who co-wrote the new James Bond film "Skyfall" with Neal Purvis and Robert Wade, has been in and around the film's shooting since it began in November.

Past 007 outings that have kept writers on set have had received a fair amount of criticism, a recent example being "Tomorrow Never Dies" that had many scenes written on the hoof.

But this is not the case for "Skyfall", as Logan explained in a BBC interview. "There's always tweaking to be done," he said, giving nothing away.

"I've been with Skyfall for over a year now. It's been the most fun experience I've ever had on a movie. It's like being part of a theatre company.

"I grew up on Bond and working with Sam [Mendes] is a dream because we're both theatre animals. We both speak the same language about story and character."
