IFP may be seeking a new Young Bond author to continue the legacy

As part of the announcement that William Boyd would be the author behind a new 007 novel in 2013, the Independent let slip that the managers of the literary Bond estate were looking to produce more Young Bond, potentially with a new author at the helm.

The huge success of the Young Bond series, the Independent relates, has got IFP thinking about another series of books for young readers.

Charlie Higson commented on twitter, saying: "Afraid it's true. They can't wait for me for ever."
