Sony previews 4 minutes of 'Skykfall' at Barcelona trade event

Sony Pictures teased an industry audience at the CineEurope event in Barcelona, Spain, yesterday with 4 minutes of footage from the upcoming James Bond film "Skyfall".

The new Bond girl Berenice Marlohe made a special appearance to help promote the film introduced the specially produced segment. She described landing the role as Bond girl Severine as "a dream come true".

Sony also touted the fact that this will be the first 007 adventure to be released for IMAX.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Marlohe's appearance came at the end of Sony Pictures Releasing International's show reel and presentation during this year's European exhibition show which got a resounding thumbs up from attendees.

The news of the 4 minute 'Skyfall' sizzle reel came just hours after rumours circulated on the internet that a new 4-minute trailer for the film had been shown to select test audiences.
