France gives #1 spot to 'Skyfall' in 2012 ticket sales charts

The French box-office counts the number of tickets sold rather than revenue, giving a clearer indication on the audience a film reaches. As well as landing the #1 spot for the year, "Skyfall" sold more tickets in France than the previous record holder for the 007 franchise: "Goldfinger" with 6,675,000 in 1965.
