Timothy Olyphant jokes about James Bond casting rumours

Actor Timothy Olyphant, who is back on screens with season 5 of his hit show "Justified", appeared on Conan O'Brien's late night talk show and was cheekily quizzed about goofy rumours on what his take would be on the James Bond role.



"I think this one might be true…. Everyone brings a little something to it. First of all, I don’t think the accent is necessary…. Gotta keep it fresh. Maybe he was born there but then his parents split and, you know, he spent most of his years in, like, Seattle. Now he’s back. I could do an accent if it’s absolutely necessary, I mean, I don’t want to lose the job right here…. I think the key, though, it that he needs to be a little more chill, a little more like… I think he should smoke weed. The last guy drank Heineken, it used to be martinis and bow ties, now he’s drinking beers and I think the natural progression is… you know. Bong. James Bong!"
