New Bond novel manuscript complete and cover designed says Anthony Horowitz

The new James Bond novelist, Anthony Horowitz, who was announced in October as penning a 007 adventure due for release this year, tweeted earlier this month to confirm two facts.

First that he had submitted the manuscript on 15th January:

I have delivered the new James Bond novel today! No sleep now for a week or so while I wait for the response.

And then, last week, the author confirmed that proofs of the new book's cover have been circulated:

Just seen the cover of the new James Bond novel. It's perfect. Orion Books really working overtime.

The novel, yet untitled, is due for release in September 2015 by Orion in the UK and HarperCollins in the USA. It incorporated concepts from an unpublished short story by 007's creator Ian Fleming, 'Murder on Wheels', which sees Bond on a mission against the Russian at the Nürburgring racing circuit in Germany.
