Pierce Brosnan confirms he will be back as 007 for James Bond 21 via his official website

Pierce Brosnan has agreed to do a fifth James Bond film according to his new official website.

Launched earlier this month, Brosnan`s latest bio on his official site piercebrosnan.com states he will be returning in Bond 21, set for release on November 18th 2005

"To the delight of Bond fans and at the urging of Bond producers, he has agreed to a fifth film as 007."

The statement was made on Thursday 4th March 2004, well after the recent `Brosnan axed` tabloid hype.

The fuss over Brosnan`s future was fired by a media frenzy claiming MGM had axed him due to his age. MGM denied these rumours and stated he was still James Bond.

Hopefully this latest statement will put and end to the rumours and unfounded confirmations of his departure.
