Zao`s Jaguar XKR from "Die Another Day" is to appear in Sheiffield, UK, reports Sheffield Today.

The transport network is one of the main backers for the Hillsborough Park event which this year boasts 007's car.

The customised coupe - complete with special paint which costs a cool £2,000 a litre - includes those all essentials for family travel: door panel rockets, front grill machine guns, rear-mounted Gatling gun and trunk-mounted mortar.

The vehicle tops the bill at the massive two-day festival which takes place on Sunday, May 30 and Monday, May 31.

Lorries are bringing 30 tons of sand to turn part of Hillsborough Park into a massive beach complete with deck chairs, donkey rides, seafood stall and swing boats.

Sheffield Mayfest spokesperson Scott Barton said: "We believe this year's line-up is the best on record."

Sheffield Mayfest is organised by Sheffield City Council in partnership with Sheffield Events Company Limited and is now nearly three times the size of its 2000 debut.

Carl Williams, Supertram general manager, said: "We're really pleased to be able to add our support to Sheffield Mayfest and help bring attractions to the city that will be seen by over 30,000 people. This year is our tenth anniversary and this is a great way to celebrate."

The event runs from 11am until 6.30pm on both days.
Admission is £4 adults and £2 for under 14s. Children under 3 are admitted free.
