James Bond returns once again to battle a new nemesis trying to take over the world; the owner of a worldwide media network. As Bond soon finds out, the villain, using a stealth boat and a wicked looking weapon, is planning on creating a World War 3 by drawing disputes from both the British and Chinese militaries. Bond digs deeper into the conspiracy, aided by a Chinese secret service agent, to stop the evil media mogul before World War 3 breaks out.
