53% of IMDB voters say the James Bond franchise should soldier on

In brief news, IMDB members were quizzed about the future of the James Bond series as a daily poll on the website.

53.6% of voters selected "James Bond should soldier on" and the franchise should continue to make movies based on Ian Fleming's creation.

However, 37.4% voted that Eon Productions should quit making any more 007 films. Perhaps readers of the movie site were tired of the constant rumours and speculation surrounding the next film, the 21st in the series, which is still slated for release on November 18th 2005.

9.1% of voters said they had "absolutely no opinion".
