Sir Sean Connery has diplomatic passport to Panama cancelled

Along with 121 other passports issued by the countries previous administration, James Bond star Sir Sean Connery has had his diplomatic passport cancelled.

This is part of the new programme, set in place by the new Panamanian President, Martin Torrijos, in order to clean up and re-organise the countries Foreign Relation Department.

The previous President, Mireya Moscoso was giving out diplomatic passports to many artists, businessmen and politicians supposedly to help promote their particular talents in Panama.

According to the new vice-president, the ex-James Bond star Connery, was a personal friend of the previous President.
