`Bond, James Bond` exhibition opens at The Science Center in Arizona today
The Science Center in Arizona, this week celebrates its expansion with the U.S. debut of an exhibit dedicated to the films starring Ian Fleming's shaken-not-stirred spy - reports
AZCentral.
"Bond. James Bond. The Exhibition," which opened two years ago in England, includes artifacts from all Bond films dating from 1962's Dr. No to 2002's Die Another Day.
Goodies include Bond's Aston Martin DB5 and the killer bowler hat featured in 1964's Goldfinger.
Also on board are various espionage gadgets, costumes, storyboards and behind-the-scenes documents from the films.
In addition, the exhibit has sections devoted to the films' music, villains and, of course, the Bond women.
An interactive element gives the whole affair added appeal to kids. Visitors will be assigned an agent number as they enter. As they move through the exhibit, they can answer questions about the films and increase their rankings.
"There's something here for a wide range of people," says Suzy Vanderbeek, exhibit manager. "Older people want to see all the artifacts, while the gaming element appeals from young people to older people."
Did we mention there's a section devoted to the Bond women?
