Event: An Evening With Caroline Munro
Location: Alexander's Jazz Theatre, Chester, UK
Date: Sunday 12th December 2004

Regarded by film fans the world over as ‘The First Lady of Fantasy’, the ultra glamorous CAROLINE MUNRO will be in Chester on Sunday 12th December at Alexander’s Jazz Theatre for ‘An Evening with Caroline Munro – Bond & Beyond!’

The sultry star of the Lamb’s Navy Rum television campaign, Caroline was one of the world’s top models in the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Spotted by film producers, she had a tiny part in the 1967 Bond movie ‘Casino Royale’, and graduated to full Bond Bad girl honours when she chased Roger Moore’s Lotus Esprit as the helicopter assassin Naomi in ‘The Spy Who Loved Me’. Caroline also added her considerable charms to the Hammer Horror classics ‘Dracula AD’ (being seduced by Christopher Lee), and ‘Captain Kronos – Vampire Hunter’. Her fantasy film appearances also included ‘The Golden Voyage of Sinbad’(with Tom Baker), ‘At The Earth’s Core’ (with Peter Cushing), and she played the lead role of intergalactic warrior woman Stella Starr, alongside David Hasselhoff, in the cult classic ‘StarCrash’.

The evening will feature an interview with the lady herself, a ‘Room 101’ session, a charity auction, merchandise for sale, and the promise of a surprise or two!

Tickets for Caroline Munro are all at twelve pounds each, available from Alexander’s on 01244 340005, and there is a bar ‘til midnight.

Thanks to `Brian` for the alert.
