Official site launched for Young Bond book series

The official website for the forthcoming Young Bond series of children's books has been launched.

Written by Charlie Higson, the first of the Young Bond series - SilverFin - is due oout on 3rd March 2005 in the UK, and 27th April 2005 in USA.

The new site contains a teaser for the book and short bio's on the central characters of the story: James Bond, George Hellebore, Lord Randolph Hellebore, Red Kelly, Wilder Lawless.

You can also sign up for email updates, a sample of the audio book, and the main page features a countdown ticking away the seconds until the book's release.

Everybody knows James Bond. Or they think they do. But how much do we really know about where he came from? How much do we really know about the boy who went on to become the world’s most famous spy? Up until now, his past has been something of a blank page. But on 3 March all of that is going to change...
