British singer Jamelia rumoured for James Bond girl role in Casino Royale

Jamelia is being lined up to become a Bond girl, according to the Daily Star (UK).



The paper claims that the singer has been lined up to star in Casino Royale, the 21st movie in the Bond series, after impressing the film's producers. She has apparently beat off competition from model Victoria Silverstedt and former Neighbours actress Holly Valance.



An "insider" told the paper, "Jamelia is perfect. She has a huge appeal with all ages and, boy, is she talented! She's not only a gifted singer, but also a very good actress."
