Debut Young Bond book SilverFin enters first book charts with good results

On its first week of release in the UK, the debut Young Bond novel - SilverFin - by Charlie Higson has done well in the book charts.

On Play.com, SilverFin is ranked 11th in their top selling books list. High-street retailer WH Smith has SilverFin placed 7th in their top 50 selling books. Amazon.co.uk have SilverFin listed as their 11th top selling item.

More scientifically, weekly compilations of book charts from over 7,000 high street and online retailers have SilverFin placed 13th for the week ending March 5th 2005. Not bad considering SilverFin was only officially on sale from March 3rd, thereby not enjoying a full week of sales.
