Fiat Panda spokesperson reveals details for Casino Royale production
The media may be getting ahead of themselves in suggesting the lowly Fiat Panda will be replacing James Bond's Aston Martin (especially as Ford have a three picture product placement contract), but the tiny 4x4 may make some kind of an appearence. First there
were rumours, and then a
confirmation later last week.
A Fiat spokesperson today said that
two black Panda 4x4s were supplied to Eon Productions for Casino Royale - the 21st James Bond film.
Two black Panda's have been delivered to the 007 production team.
However, the spokesperson said that the company did not know how they were going to be used, and tabloid reports of Pierce Brosnan buying one may be purely coincidental - especially as he has stepped down from the 007 role.
