James Bond icons remembered at Thunderball 40th Anniversary event

30-Sep-2005 • Event

Both Harry Saltzman’s and Desmond Llewelyn’s sons are to attend and talk about their late fathers’ careers at the 40th anniversary of the James Bond film Thunderball on Sunday November 20th. Steven Saltzman, who is flying in from Paris especially for the occasion, has many moving and humorous memories of his film mogul father, and intends to share them with guests at this very special event.

Likewise, Justin Llewelyn, has many amusing anecdotes about his ‘dad’ - the man who was Q in seventeen of the James Bond films – and one of the most loved of all 007 film actors.

Other celebrity guests who have confirmed include actresses Martine Beswicke and Mollie Peters, stuntman/actor George Leech, production designer Sir Ken Adam, and actor Earl Cameron - with more to be announced.

The Thunderball 40th Anniversary screening will be held at Cine Lumiere, London on Sunday November 20th 2005.
