Casino Royale production may be delayed until February 2006, first details on Bond girl

06-Oct-2005 • Casino Royale

On top of director Martin Campbell's comments on the status of the 21st James Bond film "Casino Royale", MI6 has gleaned some additional information on the production.

The story will revolve around James Bond's early career as he falls in love with a woman, a Bond girl role which is yet to be cast.

Due to delays in casting the central role of 007, principal photography may be delayed from January 17th 2006 to February 1st 2006.

Studio shooting will take place largely in Prague, with location work based in the Bahamas. Some minor filming will still take place on the 007 stage at Pinewood in order to keep up Bond's tradition with the studio.

Thanks to `Zebrafish` for the alert.
