Production commences on Casino Royale in Prague - Friday 27th January 2006

Production of the forthcoming James Bond film Casino Royale commenced on Friday 27th January in Prague with the new James Bond 007 Daniel Craig.

The top Bond brass are all in the Czech Republic for the kick off - producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson, director Martin Campbell, editor Stuart Baird, cinematographer Phil Meheux, production designer Peter Lamont, costumer designer Lindy Hemming and executive producer Anthony Waye all present, but no Bond girl - fuelling rumours that the casting for the part is still be be finalised.

Casino Royale will "lense" on Monday 30th January.
