Vic Armstrong wins the Prix de Humilite award for work on DAD

With the end of the 2002 almost here, the awards ceremony season is about to get into full swing.

The first event for the movie world are annual Eurotrack Prix "V" (the V stands for Variety) awards. These are given to the individuals, projects, and groups that helped define the European showbiz scene over the past 12 months.

"The Prix de Humilite" went to second unit master director Vic Armstrong for his work on "Die Another Day" and "Gangs of New York".

"The Prix des Thesps" award went collectively to U.K. acting talent. Amongst the many films made over the past year, a special mention was given to the U.K. cast members of "Die Another Day".
