According to Amazon, the case will be released on 22nd November 2006.
Fans in Japan can pre-order now for only 48,750 Yen (retail price 65,000 Yen).
The Japanese release will also be shipped with a bonus disc containing the "Bond Girls Are Forever" documentary.
