James Bond film franchise breaks $4 billion mark

According to box office statistics site The-Numbers.com, the James Bond franchise has just broken the $4,000,000,000 barrier thanks to the most recent takings from Casino Royale.

The report was last updated with Thursday's takings up, so it can be assumed that it was on Thursday November 23rd that James Bond made 4 billion.

The 007 franchise is recorded to have currently made $4,007,292,099 worldwide in its 44 year history, with a total US gross of $1,336,177,099.
