HMV to release UK exclusive Casino Royale DVD with free mini-book

HMV in the UK have secured an exclusive version of the upcoming Casino Royale DVD. As well as the two-disc DVD, the slipcase comes packaged with a mini-book based on the Bond On Set publication.
