First 20,000 Australian PS3 gamers to receive `Casino Royale` on Blu-Ray

During its official media briefing for the upcoming launch of the PlayStation 3 console, Sony Australia disclosed several details regarding its next generation debut in Australia, which will commence on March 23 - reports Palgn.com.au.

Much like the European release (where 500,000 copies are being handed out), Sony will be giving away copies of the Blu-ray edition of the latest James Bond film, Casino Royale, to the first 20,000 Australians to register on the PlayStation Network.

Additionally, Sony Australia will be devoting AU$6million in marketing to promote its PlayStation 3 console during March. Sony also expects to release its ‘Cross Media Bar’ to other Sony-branded products in the future.
