Daniel Craig admits to being a gamer, has warning for Activision
James Bond star Daniel Craig has revealed that he is addicted to computer games - much to the disapproval of his producer girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell.
Daniel said: âI play games. Hands up. Iâm quite into ones that have a big fat story line - reports
ShowBizSpy.
ââHaloâ is good because itâs shooting aliens.
âThose ultra-violent ones I can play for half-an-hour and then I feel dirty. âVice Cityâ, for example - I think, âOh yes, all right, Iâve stolen 18 cars. Iâve had enough now.â
âI have to pick my time well. If my girlfriend sees the box then itâs all over. If I get some free time, when she goes away for the weekend, Iâll go and play some games.
âI can switch the phone off and not see anybody for a couple of hours. That is blissful. Itâs just as well I donât have much spare time or I would probably fritter it away playing computer games.â
However, 39-year-old Craig admits that he wasnât overly keen on being involved in a computer game based on his movie âCasino Royaleâ.
He recalls: âWhen I started signing contracts for Bond I said, âIâm not doing the computer gameâ and they said, âTough, you areâ.
âI said to the people making the Bond game, âYouâve got to make this good because there is so much rubbish out there.â â
