Brazilian actress Juliana Paes doubts she will land Bond girl role, character nationality in flux
In a refreshing piece of honest cander on the subject of casting in the
22nd James Bond film,
Brazilian actress Juliana Paes has cooled expectations that she could be the next Bond girl.
Yesterday, Paes appeared on a morning television show in Brazil to talk about her career and her recent rendezvous with 007.
She confirmed that she had attended the screentests, but was unsure that she could land the role, especially as the producers are uncertain about the nationality of the character.
MI6 reported earlier that the agent for 28 year-old said she "was very happy about the opportunity"
Those tested have been predominently from Brazil and Mexico, but the final group of contenders also
includes Israeli actress Moran Atias.
