Writer Paul Haggis says Bond 22 script polish is needed on locations
In brief news from the WGA picket lines, Paul Haggis has revealed some specifics on the polish he said was needed to the Bond 22 script he handed in to producers shortly before the strike began.
According to
Variety, it looks like the 22nd James Bond film, starring Daniel Craig, is a solid go, although the filmmakers pushed the start date from December to January, "for production reasons," according to striking writer Paul Haggis, who was unable to complete his final polish, "mostly to adapt it to locations."
Last week, Craig
confirmed the locations for the film included Central America (read: Panama), Italy and perhaps Austria. The production will be based at Pinewood Studios in the UK, with filming set to commence on January 4th.
