Director Marc Forster keeping tight-lipped about Bond 22

07-Dec-2007 • Quantum Of Solace

It seems filmmaker Marc Forster has been sworn to secrecy ahead of directing the next James Bond movie. It was announced over the summer that the Monster's Ball director will be tackling the next 007 adventure and, since then, just like a special agent, Marc has learnt not to give anything away - reports the Press Association.

"You are bound by confidentiality agreements, you can't say anything," he said.

Speaking at the premiere of his new film Kite Runner, Marc was keeping tight-lipped, saying: "There's no new casting news at this point - except Daniel Craig and Judi Dench."

Production is set to begin at the end of this year with the film slated for release in November 2008.

The 22nd Bond movie is as yet unnamed, but the director did reveal where filming will take place.

"We're shooting some of it in Latin America, some in Italy and England," he revealed.

Casino Royale grossed nearly 600 million dollars in cinemas around the world, making it the most successful film in the movie franchise.

Marc says there won't be any more radical Bond makeovers, rather he'll be trying to keep in with that style.

"I think it was already recreated with casting Daniel Craig in the last one and I think I would just like to take that a step further and create another facet to it," he said.
