Tabloids speculate on Adele singing new Bond theme song

For months, tabloids were touting on-again-off-again rumours that Amy Winehouse my be writing and/or performing the theme song the 22nd James Bond film Quantum of Solace.

Now, The People are going 'all in' with claims that a new artist is in the mix to record the song.

The paper claims that "record bosses have set their sights on Adele to sing the theme tune for the next James Bond film."

Adele Laurie Blue Adkins (born 5 May 1988 in London), known professionally as Adele, is an English soul and jazz singer. She is the first recipient of the Brit Awards Critics' Choice, which was given to artists who at the time had yet to release an album, and the Sound of 2008 title given by BBC 6 Music. Adele has also been hailed by the British press as "the new Amy Winehouse".
