Fully loaded 3 disc 'Casino Royale DVD set for June release

According to The French James Bond Club a beefed up Deluxe Edition three-disc DVD of Casino Royale will be released in France on 18th June 2008. This will more than likely tie into the promotional plan of the forthcoming James Bond feature Quantum Of Solace.

Casino Royale director Martin Campbell hinted in March 2007 that work was underway for a fully loaded version.

The report states that the 3 disc set will include audio commentaries, cut scenes, and much more...

Last year, when asked by USA Today why there was no commentary track on either the DVD or the Blu-ray Disc, and was there one planned for a future edition, Campbell said, "Yes, we are doing a commentary."

"I think (the studio) tends to milk these things (with Bond films). When I did GoldenEye, I did the commentary with the producer (Michael G. Wilson). We'll probably do it with (the producers). There may be some deleted scenes."
