Daniel Craig sticks to strict regime of blowouts

Daniel Craig's torso may have set many a girl's heart racing when he emerged from the sea in Casino Royale, but all the working out it necessitated was a bore for the steely-eyed actor, reports The Telegraph.

"I mean, no one enjoys going to the gym, but it is part of my job these days to keep in shape," he told me glumly at the opening of his film Flashbacks of a Fool in Leicester Square.

Every three months, however, he permits himself what he calls a night of shame.

"I eat all the stuff I shouldn't, drink lots of booze and finish it all off with a few cigars," he confides.
