Matrix-style slow motion effects to be used in the next Bond game `Everything or Nothing`

22-May-2003 • Gaming

MI6 has learned that slo-mo effects, like those seen in "The Matrix", will be used during action sequences in the next Bond game "Everything or Nothing".

Better known as "bullet time", the effect was used as the main feature if the recent third-person shooter "Max Payne".

Although there is no official confirmation yet, gaming industry sources have told MI6 that the screen will turn a tint of blue when the bullet-time effect is activated, allowing the player more control over Bond when fighting hand-to-hand in slow motion.
