Cambridge regional premiere announced for `Quantum of Solace`
The glittering regional premiere of the latest James Bond thriller is set to raise money for the £1 million News Teenage Cancer Trust (TCT) appeal in Cambridge, UK.
Quantum of Solace is the 22nd adventure for Ian Fleming's hero - and film buffs in the region can be among the first to see 007 in action at a special screening at Cineworld Huntingdon less than 24 hours after the world premiere in London's Leicester Square.
The black tie event on Thursday, October 30 will see Bond fans enjoy a champagne reception, a free Martini and a Bond-themed auction and entertainment.
Fans will help to raise money for our £1 million appeal towards the cost of a new TCT unit at Addenbrooke's Hospital. It will also benefit Q103 Kids, the charity of radio station Q103, and the Rotary Charities - Huntingdon Young Carers Project.
The regional premiere is being supported by Aston Martin Harston and Cineworld, as well as Press Relief, the News' charity. Tickets are on sale on Q103.co.uk, priced at £30. Doors open at 7pm and the curtain goes up at 8.30pm.
