Today`s James Bond reference in political debate
Rarely does a day go by without a reference to James Bond somewhere in the world of political debate, but today there was a detailed use of a 007 sequence on cable television in the USA.
MSNBC talk show host Chris Matthews fantasized in good humour about "blowing up" controversial conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh on the air Tuesday morning. This was the grisly fate of a Bond villain played by Yaphet Kotto in the film "Live And Let Die."
