Sir Sean Connery honours Johnny Depp at film festival

They’re two of the hottest guys in film, and over the weekend Johnny Depp and Sean Connery met for the first time at an awards ceremony.

The “Pirates of the Caribbean” star and the former James Bond actor were both in the house at a film festival in the Bahamas where Depp was presented with a lifetime achievement award from Connery.

And as the true gentleman that he is, Johnny told press he’s never quite sure what to make of the whole process of getting awards.

“Whenever anybody says they are going to give me some kind of award, I’m always a little stupefied by the notion. The first thing I say is, ‘Why?’ I just go to work like anyone else, except my job happens to be a little stranger.”
