Exclusive - Keira Knightley rumours of Bond 21 role quashed

MI6 contacted Keira Knightley`s agent and publicist to get to the bottom of the latest tabloid rumours surrounding her and talks with Eon Productions for Bond 21.

The rumours first emanated from movie news site LDJW films, and were later taken up by the tabloid press and celebrity gossip channels. They claimed the "Pirates Of The Caribbean" star was in talks for Bond 21.

Knightley, 18, co-starred with Clive Owen in "King Arthur", another hotly tipped name with the future of the Bond franchise.

MI6 can now confirm the rumours to be totally false. Knightley has not been involved with Bond 21.
