European spy film location tour 'Bond, Bourne and Beyond' set for August

An exclusive 11 Day Bus/Train tour of France, Italy and Switzerland as seen and experienced through the most famous spy and action films is planned in August by Themepartypeople, a film event tour company.
Entitled, âOperation:EURO2010, Bond, Bourne and Beyondâ, the organizers, media producers Richard and Leslie Skillman, will lead their passengers to film sites seen in James Bondâs âCasino Royaleâ, âThunderballâ ,âMoonraker" as well as âThe Bourne Identity", "Star Wars", "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusadeâ among others.
The tour begins in Venice, Italy, with stops in Cortina and Lake Como and proceeds into Locarno, Switzerland, site of the âGoldeneyeâ dam. From there, the guests cable car up to the alpine lair, Piz Gloria, seen in âOn His Majestyâs Secret Serviceâ. The tour continues to Paris for guided tours of the city and surrounding Chateaus, featured in many spy and dramatic films, including Chateau Chantilly from âA View to A Killâ.
The tour guides will provide commentary on the filmmaking processes at the locations and discuss anecdotes of the challenges in the productions.
