Turkish pay-TV channel aquires rights to Bond films, including 'Quantum of Solace'
Turkish pay-TV operator SimemaTV has agreed a new pay-TV package deal with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, Inc. (MGM), says

The two-year old company runs the SinemaTV and FilmClub brands with distribution over DTH, cable, IPTV and web TV.
When added to deals with some of the other Hollywood studios, SimemaTV now has access to content that includes Wanted, Indiana Jones Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, The Bourne Ultimatum, Shrek the Third and Twilight. The new agreement adds the most recent James Bond film Quantum of Solace, World War II thriller Valkyrie starring Tom Cruise and comedy revival Pink Panther 2 as well as library titles including the Rocky film series, The Terminator, Rain Man and Robocop.

SinemaTV is a subsidiary of Multi Channel Developers, which began life in 1998 as a channel distributor, before developing its own channels such as Nickelodeon Turkey and MTV Turkey in partnership with Viacom.
