Pierce Brosnan to take the lead in Stephen King thriller miniseries

Based on Stephen King's horror novel of the same name, "Bag of Bones" will see four-time 007 actor Pierce Brosnan take on the role of an author.

Haunted by his wife's death, Brosnan's character continually relives the relationship and the death in his dreams.

According to Digital Spy, Annabeth Gish of "The West Wing" and "Brotherhood" fame, will co-star.

Whilst "Bag of Bones" will go ahead, the big-budget adaptation of King's "Dark Tower" series has been postponed again.
