Rhys Ifans denies Bond 23 rumours

Ahead of the release of "The Amazing Spider-Man", the Welsh actor sat down with, among other media, SuperHeroHype.

In a video interview yet to be released by the website, Ifans says that rumours of his involvement in Bond 23 have only just reached him and that he has not been approached for a role in Bond. Although the video is not yet available, fans are teased by a short ComingSoon.net article that carries the following quote from Ifans:

"I've just heard this today about, the new Bond. I don't know anything about that. I think Daniel Craig is the best Bond that ever was. He's unbelievable, he's fantastic, and if he wants me to kiss him again hard on the lips, I'm available. But I dunno. If the Bond people watch this (interview), give me a ****ing job, man!"

The news was previously leaked by The Telegraph's movie-rumour mogul 'Mandrake', who has to date had a reliable streak of predicting and reporting on cinema gossip.
