Keswick Bond museum locale may become adventure playground
The 007 vehicle museum which held over 30 cars and vehicles from the 22 films
recently shut its doors.
MI6 understands that the cars are being shipped to Miami, FL, USA to take up permanent residence in America.
Now, the local paper
News & Star reports that Jason OâRourke, of Windebrowe Avenue, Keswick, wants permission from the Lake District National Park Authority to return part of the building at Southey Works to its former use as a climbing wall and to create a soft play centre. A cafe is also planned.
The location has been used as a car museum since 2009, but prior to this purpose, it was home to a kids climbing wall.
