'A strong free press in this country is important' says Daniel Craig

Daniel Craig has told Radio 5 live that it is important to have a "strong free press in this country".

The James Bond actor added that working with Sam Mendes, who is directing the latest 007 film, was a "dream situation".

"We are in an amazing place. Sam is doing a fantastic job and the movie is going to look great. There's going to be everything you want from a Bond movie and... It sounds like I'm just selling it... But everything you want from a Bond movie and more!"

Craig was speaking to Radio 5 Live's Simon Mayo.
