Mr. and Mrs. Craig splash out on New York penthouse apartment

According to the Daily Mail, James Bond star Daniel Craig and wife Rachel Weisz have purchased themselves a NYC home after an "exhaustive search".

The apartment boasts 4,350-square-foot of floor space and was listed at $11.5 million before being taken off the market last week.

Rachel lived in New York with her former partner, film director Darren Aronofsky, who is also the father of her five-year-old son Henry.

After announcing their split back in November 2010, a representative said that Rachel and Aronofsky 'remain close friends and are committed to raising their son together in NYC.'

The three bedroom apartment is located in the "SoHo" area of Manhattan.
