Voting results for 50th anniversary Royal Mail stamps

Voting has closed in the poll to determine the top 10 fan favorite James Bond posters which will go on to represent the franchise in a special 50th Anniversary stamp set from Royal Mail in May 2012.

Shortly before the results were finalized, and in a surprising development to a lot of fans, not one single Sean Connery era poster was in the top 10. The news highlighted by MI6 sent more fans to vote and the results shifted dramatically in the final days.

Ultimately, all James Bond actors were represented by at least one poster.

Royal Mail are marking the 50th anniversary of the James Bond series with a very special limited edition commemorative sheet, featuring ten iconic Bond movie poster labels alongside ten, first class, Union Flag stamps. The individually numbered, limited edition Commemorative Sheet celebrating 50 years of James Bond will be launched by Royal Mail on 1st May 2012.
