Paloma Faith throws her hat in the ring for Bond 25 song

British singer-songwriter Paloma Faith has openly asked Bond producers to be considered to sing the title song for the next 007 adventure - Bond 25.
Asked by Chris Evans on his BBC radio show on Thursday if she’s “permanently auditioning” for the gig, Paloma said: "I feel like I was built for it! I actually worked with Shirley Bassey, and she said to me, 'Darling, you're the new me!' There's no more praise than that."
Before launching into a quick rendition of Diamonds Are Forever, she added: "Barbara Broccoli, the woman who does it, if you're listening, please.”
Faith's latest album, The Architect, topped the UK charts last month.
