Actor Alex Reece reveals he has been cast in Heineken ad

Plans for the staging of a big-budget featurette to promote Heineken and "Skyfall" are under way and it is understood that Daniel Craig will star as James Bond in the campaign.

Now, Bond23.net picked up on a tweet by actor Alex Reece (@AztecAlex) claiming to be cast as a Russian assassin in the feature.

"Booked lead role, as Russian assassin in Heineken 007 commercial. Opposite Daniel Craig in Heineken's 3rd classic short film advertisement," wrote the actor this week.

The fan blog notes that Alex's background is in martial arts and speculates that this is one of the factors that contributed to his role alongside Daniel Craig.
