The Sixty-Five Roses Ball raises funds and awareness for the cure and prevention of cystic fibrosis.
Why âSixty-Five Rosesâ? This expression originally came from Australia from a child who, when asked to say cystic fibrosis came out with Sixty-Five Roses. It is ironic that such a choice of words is now commonly used by the English-speaking community to raise money for the cruel genetic condition cystic fibrosis. Sixty-Five Roses Balls have become very popular and now take place in many parts of the UK. These wonderful events have helped both raise the profile of cystic fibrosis and also raised many hundreds of thousands of pounds for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust over the years.
The event, including auction, will take place on 7th June 2013 at the Dorchester, London.
