Pierce Brosnan opens his new official website, with news of a free fan club

Pierce Brosnan has launched his new official website this month.

The new site uses his piercebrosnan.com domain name that was won in a cyber-squatter battle back in September 2003..

Brosnan writes on the welcome page:

"Greetings. Welcome to my official online site!

To all of you...

I have been a lucky man since I came to America 23 years ago, and that fact is never lost on me.

I`ve had the good fortune to get up every day and go to a job that I love, and the equal good fortune to be employed most of that time.

It never passes me by how grateful I am to you, all my fans.

For those of you who know a bit about me, here`s some more, and for those who don`t, well, here`s a bit about me."

A new PierceBrosnan Fan Club will be open for business in late March. The Club will be free and members will be eligible for contests, special offers and can participate in auctions.
