`The Living Daylights` scoops 4.20 million UK TV viewers
ITV1's screening of the 1989 James Bond film "The Living Daylights" scooped 4.20 million viewers for the channel on Friday 1st April 2005 - the exact total that the previous week's showing of "Licence To Kill" achieved.
Timothy Dalton's first outing as 007 managed to pull in an 18.97% audience share despite repeated strong opposition on BBC1 with "The Two Ronnies Sketchbook" - which pulled in 7.19 million viewers.
ITV1 continue their "Ultimate Bond Season", showing all 20 007 films in reverse order, with 1985's "A View To A Kill" on Friday 8th April at the slightly later time of 21:00.
